1.空氣壓力霧化懸浮燃燒原理
水煤漿與空氣經(jīng)燃燒器以射流方式進(jìn)入爐膛，促使煤漿氣流與熾熱煙氣產(chǎn)生強(qiáng)烈混合，水分迅速蒸發(fā)；同時(shí)水煤漿氣流又受到爐膛四壁和高溫火焰的輻射。而將懸浮在氣流中的煤顆粒迅速加熱，水煤漿顆粒獲得了足夠的熱量并達(dá)到了一定的溫度就開始著火燃燒。其著火熱隨燃料的性質(zhì)和運(yùn)行工況的變化而變化，鍋爐負(fù)荷低時(shí)，爐膛平均煙溫降低，燃燒器區(qū)域的煙溫也將降低。所以霧化燃燒固態(tài)排渣水煤漿鍋爐運(yùn)行負(fù)荷在50%左右。
2.流化懸浮高效潔凈燃燒技術(shù)原理
將滴狀水煤漿投入燃燒室下部由石英砂和石灰石構(gòu)成床料的熾熱流化床中，其溫度在850—950℃左右。水煤漿在熾熱的流化床料的加熱下迅速完成水分析出，揮發(fā)分析出并著火燃燒及焦碳燃燒過程。在流化狀態(tài)下顆粒狀水煤漿團(tuán)進(jìn)一步解體為細(xì)顆粒被熱煙氣帶出密相區(qū)進(jìn)入懸浮室繼續(xù)燃燒。在燃燒室出口設(shè)有分離回輸裝置。被熱煙氣帶出的媒體物料和較大的水煤漿顆粒團(tuán)被分離器分離、捕捉，通過分離器下部設(shè)置的回輸通道返回燃燒室下部密相區(qū)，既減少了媒體物料的損失，又實(shí)現(xiàn)了水煤漿顆粒團(tuán)的循環(huán)燃燒，從而獲得高的燃燒效率。此外，低溫燃燒過程，有效的控制了熱力型NOx的形成。且由于媒體物料由石英砂與石灰石構(gòu)成，石灰石在高溫下煅燒生成CaO，CaO與SO2反應(yīng)進(jìn)一步生成CaSO4，抑制了SO2的排放，而燃燒裝置的運(yùn)行溫度是CaO脫硫的運(yùn)行溫度，可有效的減少SO2的排放。
