1.蒸汽鍋爐的壓火操作步驟
(1)降低鍋爐負(fù)荷，根據(jù)停爐時(shí)間的長(zhǎng)短，把煤層加厚，厚度一般不超過(guò)200毫米，適當(dāng)加快爐排速度。
(2)加厚煤層至距離擋渣器1毫米左右，停止?fàn)t排轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，停止鼓、引風(fēng)機(jī)運(yùn)作，關(guān)小分段送風(fēng)的調(diào)節(jié)板擋和煙道擋板至適量，依靠自然通風(fēng)維持煤的微弱燃燒，進(jìn)行排污，將鍋爐水位上升到允許水位。如果爐火燃盡煤閘板，可再次開動(dòng)爐排，將燃煤往后移動(dòng)一段距離。
(3)如鍋爐需要恢復(fù)運(yùn)行，只要開啟引、鼓風(fēng)機(jī)，調(diào)整煙、風(fēng)擋板和分段風(fēng)室調(diào)節(jié)擋板的開度，待蒸汽鍋爐燃燒正常時(shí)調(diào)整煤層厚度，開動(dòng)爐排，即可恢復(fù)運(yùn)行。
2.蒸汽鍋爐使用的注意事項(xiàng)
(1)開機(jī)前檢查電源、電壓、水源是否有異常情況，關(guān)閉排污閥開啟供水閥、檢查水泵是否卡死，若水泵卡死，拆下風(fēng)葉后蓋，轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)電機(jī)軸至靈活狀態(tài)即可開機(jī)。
(2)當(dāng)檢修蒸汽鍋爐或者更換配件時(shí)，請(qǐng)切斷電源以免帶電工作造成危險(xiǎn)。
(3)電控箱、水泵電機(jī)等部位應(yīng)避免受潮進(jìn)水，以防燒毀，鍋爐應(yīng)注意保持清潔。
(4)按照有關(guān)蒸汽鍋爐水質(zhì)要求，在使用本設(shè)備時(shí)請(qǐng)務(wù)必安裝軟水器，因?yàn)椴皇褂密浰鲿?huì)造成鍋爐結(jié)垢，嚴(yán)重時(shí)會(huì)造成爆管，減短鍋爐壽命。
(5)在使用時(shí)請(qǐng)注意排污。每天至少排放一次并且?guī)?.1MPa到0.15MPa之間的壓力排放，可以防止管道堵塞，排污管應(yīng)妥善連接，謹(jǐn)防燙傷。
