1.蒸汽鍋爐的壓火操作步驟
(1)降低鍋爐負荷，根據(jù)停爐時間的長短，把煤層加厚，厚度一般不超過200毫米，適當加快爐排速度。
(2)加厚煤層至距離擋渣器1毫米左右，停止爐排轉動，停止鼓、引風機運作，關小分段送風的調節(jié)板擋和煙道擋板至適量，依靠自然通風維持煤的微弱燃燒，進行排污，將鍋爐水位上升到允許水位。如果爐火燃盡煤閘板，可再次開動爐排，將燃煤往后移動一段距離。
(3)如鍋爐需要恢復運行，只要開啟引、鼓風機，調整煙、風擋板和分段風室調節(jié)擋板的開度，待蒸汽鍋爐燃燒正常時調整煤層厚度，開動爐排，即可恢復運行。
2.蒸汽鍋爐使用的注意事項
(1)開機前檢查電源、電壓、水源是否有異常情況，關閉排污閥開啟供水閥、檢查水泵是否卡死，若水泵卡死，拆下風葉后蓋，轉動電機軸至靈活狀態(tài)即可開機。
(2)當檢修蒸汽鍋爐或者更換配件時，請切斷電源以免帶電工作造成危險。
(3)電控箱、水泵電機等部位應避免受潮進水，以防燒毀，鍋爐應注意保持清潔。
(4)按照有關蒸汽鍋爐水質要求，在使用本設備時請務必安裝軟水器，因為不使用軟水器會造成鍋爐結垢，嚴重時會造成爆管，減短鍋爐壽命。
(5)在使用時請注意排污。每天至少排放一次并且?guī)?.1MPa到0.15MPa之間的壓力排放，可以防止管道堵塞，排污管應妥善連接，謹防燙傷。
